spotted on YouTube – how embarassing!March 12th, 2010I had the pleasure of meeting the Jim Beam Racing Team at their launch for the Clipsal 500 earlier this week when I was shooting for the Sunday Mail. I noticed a cameraman there and at one point he asked me to take a few extra photos so he could make use of the flash going off. That was fine until I got an email first thing this morning from a client saying her husband had spotted me on YouTube* and was insanely jealous of my chance to meet Dick Johnson and his son Steve! Check it out V8TV News on YouTube I’d post a photo, but to be honest I don’t know that I’m allowed to, must check that with Mr Murdoch or at least the Pic Ed at the paper. * I’m all right with this, I look pretty official with my lanyards and notepad don’t you think? Not sure about the double chin action I have when I’m shooting though…… |

Haute Photography – one of Australia’s Best Wedding PhotographersMarch 2nd, 2010So I got some exciting news yesterday, The Knot listed me as one of the top wedding photographers in Australia – YIKES!!!!!! I’ve also been nominated for Capture Magazine’s “Australia’s Top Photographers 2010″ in the wedding category. I have no idea who nominated me*, but needless to say I’m ecstatic!! Here’s one of my favourite photos to celebrate:
